These Terms & Conditions are additional to the Member Agreement and any other relevant documentation which is signed by an @sipp Member and which may be subsequently amended. These Terms & Conditions set out the basis for the use of @sipp's Internet web site.

This is the website of @sipp (Pension Trustees) Ltd and @sipp plc (together "@sipp"). @sipp (Pension Trustees) Ltd is a company registered in Scotland (Company Registration No. 217251). @sipp plc is a company registered in Scotland (Company Registration No. 217126). Our registered office, and the address for correspondence, is 58 Elliot Street, Glasgow, G3 8DZ.
@sipp (Pension Trustees) Ltd is the Trustee of the @sipp Self Invested Personal Pension Plan. @sipp plc is the administrator of the @sipp Self Invested Personal Pension Plan.
Both are authorised and regulated the the Financial Services Authority.

2. Suitability for a SIPP
The products and services on this website are only available to UK individuals who have the right to contribute to an HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs) registered pension scheme. The website is not intended for viewing by any other person and none of the products or services are available to anyone resident in any country, state or territory where this would be contrary to local law or regulation.

3. Availability
Whilst @sipp will use its best endeavours to ensure that its Internet website is available at all times, it will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the Internet site being inaccessible. Access to the Internet site may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.

4. Information
The information and opinions on this site are for guidance only and are not intended to form advice. For the avoidance of doubt, @sipp does not provide financial advice. The information and opinions contained in this website has been prepared in good faith but @sipp does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information in this website.

7. Data Protection
Unless authorised in writing to do so or required by law, @sipp will not disclose any information in respect of its Members and their pension arrangements. An information will be held in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation.

8. Telephone Calls
@sipp reserves the right to record or monitor all telephone calls in order to improve our service to you and for training purposes we may record or monitor telephone calls.

9. Password Security
The Customer shall be responsible for the safekeeping of his/her Username and Password and for ensuring that these details remain confidential. Access to information protected by this password shall be deemed to have been placed by the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify @sipp should he/she suspect potential misuse of the password, if it has been mislaid or otherwise disclosed to any third party. The Customer agrees to co-operate in any resulting investigation into the use of the password.

10. Third-Party Information
Where information, or links to other information, on @sipp's Internet website consists of pricing data obtained from third parties, @sipp does not accept liability for any reliance placed upon such data, where that data is proven to be inaccurate or incomplete.

11. Entire Agreement
Should any clause within these additional Terms & Conditions or part thereof become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of the clause and the Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect.
