Property

For many SIPP members one of the most attractive aspects of a SIPP plan is the ability to purchase commercial property. As established commercial property specialists, we’re on hand to hold property on sole, syndicated or joint-ownership basis.

Our flexible approach allows you to choose the solicitor you want @sipp to instruct to deal with the purchase - and we’ll be happy to appoint you as the property manager once the purchase is complete. And, your SIPP can borrow up to 50% of your fund’s net asset value to help finance the purchase.

Further details on purchasing commercial property as a SIPP investment can be found in our Property Guide Booklet.

You should not enter into any contract to purchase a property prior to involving @sipp, as any such contract may prejudice the ability of your SIPP to purchase the property.

The value of these investments are not guaranteed and you may not get back the full amount invested. It may take time to realise the value of your investments.

Commercial property is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
