Colin Barral, Chairman
As well as leading @sipp, Colin is the Chairman of Profit Counts, a corporate business advice and chartered accounting firm, and a non-executive director with a number of other organisations. He has significant experience in the financial services sector, focusing on servicing a range of high-profile clients. He is a leading specialist in commercial property acquisition and development, including the structured finance of such projects, particularly within the framework of effective pension planning.
Eddie McGuire, Managing Director
Eddie’s career spans 28 years of working with a number of blue-chip financial services companies, most recently as Client Services Director of AJ Bell. Before that, he was Financial Institutions Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson and was also the founder of Xafinity (previously Hazell Carr).
Kyle Dale, Business Development Manager
As the main point of contact for new business, Kyle spends much of his time visiting FA firms across Scotland and North West England. A seasoned pensions professional, he delivers presentations on a variety of subjects, but mainly focusing on property ownership within a SIPP/SSAS. Kyle previously worked for two of the big four UK pension providers and is qualified to Level 4.
Lisa-Marie Finch, Business Development Manager
Lisa-Marie joined @sipp in July 2017. Having previously worked as a SIPP Client Manager and Business Development Manager at Barnett Waddingham, she brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the SIPP market, particularly commercial property, drawdown and investments. She also delivers presentations on various subjects. Lisa-Marie will be the main point of contact for FA firms in South West England, Wales, Midlands and London.
Harry Perdikou, Business Development Manager
Harry joined the @sipp team in 2004, bringing a wealth of financial services experience to the team. Having worked in Commercial Finance, Life Insurance and Pensions development, his knowledge of pensions and investments in a commercial environment has helped us develop propositions to provide IFAs’ and their clients’ access to one of the widest SIPP investment options in the market. Harry is the main point of contact for FA firms in Northern Ireland.
Angela Barr, Change Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Sector, Angela is responsible for making sure our systems and processes are robust and fit for purpose. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst, Executive Management Support and Business Risk at Aegon, before joining @sipp in 2013 as our Change Manager. With proven project management expertise, Angela is Lean Six Sigma trained and has recently attained the Prince 2 Foundation qualification.
Gill Baynes, Head of SSAS
Gill joined us as Head of the SSAS Trusteeship and Administration Department in 2016. Having entered the pensions industry in 1983 and been a specialist in SSAS Trusteeship and Administration since 1987, she brings a vast wealth of experience to the team. She is personally recognised by HM Revenue and Customs as a pensioneer trustee and is a signatory for our Corporate Professional Trustee Companies @SSAS (Pension Trustees) Limited and Alfa Trustees Limited.
Lee Halpin, Technical Manager
A leading member of the @sipp team for more than a decade, Lee provides product advice, technical guidance and expert support on pension matters, both to our internal team and our external introducers. Given the nature of his role, Lee has developed a particular expertise in handling enquires on investment permissibility – in the process ensuring that proposed assets comply with our in-house requirements as well as HMRC and FCA rules.
Stephen Lancaster, Head of Finance
Steve heads the finance function within @sipp. Having held a number of senior roles across multinational organisations such as Deloitte, he has been the finance lead on a $2bn aerospace programme and managed the financial performance of a $1bn financial transformation programme – ensuring that our own finances are in experienced and capable hands.
Aileen Mungin, Operations Manager
Aileen has been with @sipp for over a decade, and has worked across nearly all the operational aspects of our business, with particular expertise in regulatory compliance as well as FCA and HMRC reporting. In 2016, Aileen was appointed Operations Manager accountable for the efficient management of the customer services area.
Lynn Law, Pensions Team Leader
Lynn has 31 years’ experience within financial services, four of which have been with @sipp. At the head of our Pensions Team – a role she has held since 2015 – Lynn has a wide remit, from managing New Business to Income Reviews.
Barbara Jackson, Support Team Leader
Barbara has nearly 30 years’ experience within financial services – a third of which she has spent with @sipp. With experience of a wide range of operational roles, including pensions, property servicing and property purchase, she brings a broad base of expertise and understanding to our business. She now leads the Support Team, responsible for tasks ranging from client annual reviews to rental invoicing.
Beth Riddex, Property Team Leader
Beth has worked has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has been in the business for over 10 years, and now leads the property team for acquisitions, sales, redevelopment and ongoing servicing, as well as overseeing our team training and revising procedures.
